| Welcome to the all new GTA-SanAndreas.com site. This site is here to provide up to date information on the newest Grand Theft Auto game, San Andreas. The site originally started on February 17, 2003 based on rumours and speculation, and after over a year of working with no content, the game was finally confirmed. Since then the site has gone through two different layouts, and is now settling on this, the third design for the site. The site is updated daily and aims to be one of the best resources for GTA: San Andreas information. Thanks for visiting and we hope you enjoy the site and find everything useful. We also suggest using a screen resolution of 800x600 or 1024x768 to view this site.

Brand new cheat from edisoncarter:
Slut Magnet Attract sluts with sex toys, get gimp suit.
Square, Right, Square, Square, L2, X, Triangle, X, Triangle
*Pyro's Edit* ~ I want to make it clear that in order for this code to work, CJ must have little to no clothes on. Not doing so results in a game freeze from hell |

Not too much news floating around about anything to do with GTA, and with no site updates planned while we finish the new layout, I thought I'd let you people see one of the first speculation articles about the new GTA. While it really tells us absolutely nothing about the new game, it may be an interesting read for anyone who hasn't been keeping up with Rockstar's domain registering. Check out the article at MSN GamesRadar.
Jordan from PlanetGrandTheftAuto has put up a short article on his site explaining why the GamesRadar article is incorrect. It's an interesting read and it explains in detail exactly what's actually happening, unlike the GR article which pretty much assumes you're stupid. Check it out Here. |

Characters Page Totally Revamped

| I just spent literally all day today making this new page for the Characters. I noticed that many of the pages on the site haven't been updated since before the game was released, so I'll be working my way through them updating them with information and screenshots. The Characters page shows screenshots of every main character (all 37 of them) as well as a photograph and information of the person who did the voice acting for them. It's definitely an interesting read for any people who might not have played the game yet, and it's even more interesting to look at the photographs of the voice actors and notice a huge resemblance to their actual in game character. Check out the new Characters Page now! |

Instant 6 star wanted level:

As usual, a big cheer to edisoncarter for these! |

Server Move Details

| The full site and database has been copied across onto the new server, and we are just waiting for the domain name to be transferred which should take place over the next 48 hours or so. All of the bugs seems to have been fixed with the site on the new server, so we basically have two identical sites running on each server. You can either stay on this server and use the domain name GTA-SanAndreas.com while it's still here, or head over to x3.soccergaming.com where you'll find the 'new' site. If you're just interested in the forums all you need to do is head to x3.soccergaming.com/forums and you'll find yourself right here again, but you'll need to make sure you log in, because the cookies will be stored under a different domain and it won't realise you've already logged in. The two sites are sharing the same database, so they'll be moving a bit slower for the mean time, however this means that any posts made on either of the sites will show up for everyone on both of them. Once the domain moves across you will be able to visit it at GTA-SanAndreas.com again, only it'll be on the new server. Confusing? Yeah, but all you really need to know is that you can keep using this server until the site 'goes down', then you can either wait for the domain to move across, or use the x3.soccergaming.com link to find the site at it's temporary location. All of the temporary problems will be over in less than a week, so stay tuned. |

Thursday's Question: Site Downtime
|

| Well this is not so much of a question as a warning. Just letting everyone know that you may be unable to reach the site for a few days as we're moving onto a new server which should run faster for everybody. A lot of people have complained about the problems with site slowdown during peak hours, but thanks to SoccerGaming.com we are getting a server which should be more than capable of handling the traffic. Advertising banners will appear on every page on both the site and the forums, however a full site redesign is on it's way too and possibly a new forum skin. It may take some getting used to, however the site speed should definitely be worth the added advertising images. There will of course be no pop up's, just some static banners to help pay for the server costs. We're still working on some of the behind the scenes stuff for now, but over night and during tomorrow the full database and site will be copied onto the new server and bug tested. Some of the forum posts made this evening may not be saved so just bear with us. I will post a temporary link for people to find the site once we have it ready while the domain name moves across, but people trying to get to the site via the domain name may have some trouble. The move should be completed within 48 hours, give or take 24 hours for all of the ISP's to recognise the domain location change. Thanks for your patience, and hopefully the move will be worth it. |

On this day in 2003, GTA-SanAndreas.com was first uploaded to the web. It was completely based on rumours, speculation and wish lists, but thanks to the fan submissions people were still coming back to the first major GTA San Andreas fan site online. Since then the site has grown huge, gone through 4 different designs, moved across 5 servers and had millions of page views with tens of thousands of members. The site is now 2 years old and I'd like to thank everyone for making it what it has become. Without the site staff, moderators, admins, coders and graphic designers, the site couldn't exist and most of all, if you people didn't visit there wouldn't be much point in the site. Thanks for all of the continued support over the last 2 years, and lets hope we can continue to bring the GTA information that people need for as long as possible. Either on GTA-SanAndreas.com, or whatever comes along next. Happy Birthday GTA-SanAndreas.com . |

Wednesday's Question: Missing Gang Territory
|

| If any of you are interested in owning all 100% of the gang territories around San Andreas, you'll most likely have run into this problem. "Ok, Los Santos is all green, but I'm missing one territory!". It'll usually be a Vagos territory too, and you're right, there are no other territories in Los Santos. Try looking all the way up to the top of the map where the boat school resides in the desert. Does that have a yellow Vagos overlay? For some reason the game creates a Los Santos Vagos gang territory at the boat school. This could well be because of the distance you fly out to sea on the later Las Venturas missions, however luckily Vagos members will spawn and allow you to win your 100% gang territory. It won't act the same way as a normal gang war, you'll sort of just provoke one and win, but this is where you'll find the last one if you're missing any. |

Tuesday's Question: "Shoot Car Trick"
|
|

If anyone has read my guides, in particular the Ammu-Nation Gun Range Challenges guide, you'll have seen me refer to the "Shoot Car Trick" in order to improve your weapon skill. I don't actually think I covered this in depth anywhere in the guides, so for all of the people still wondering what it's all about, here's the run-down.
Grab a vehicle and take it to one of your safe houses with a garage. Park the car in the garage and walk out until the door closes. Switch to the weapon you want to increase your skill for and hold R1 to aim with the crosshairs. While aiming, walk towards the garage and get close enough so that the door opens. When it does, shoot at the car inside there until it catches fire. Generally you have about one magazine worth of ammo for the semi or fully automatic weapons. Once the vehicle's on fire move backwards so the door closes. Now walk forwards again and you'll see the car is as good as new. You can then shoot it again and before it blows up, let the door close. Then just repeat. Ten minutes with each weapon is all it should take and you'll have Hitman status making anything regarding shooting in the game incredibly easy. You'll need to try and make sure you don't blow up the car though, or you'll risk getting hurt or getting a wanted level, but this is certainly easier than shooting random people throughout the game in order to improve your weapon skills. |
